Most importantly, for ease of navigation for subsequent viewers, you need to choose whether the photo(s) or the story are primarily about one Place, a particular Group (such as a household, choir or musical group), People, a specific Event (conference, reunion, FisherFolk tour, service). For dates, we just need the year, or at least the decade!
